Governing law

The provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian statutes shall apply to the extent relevant.

Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. 13L Game encourages users to contact us in the first instance to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings, as this is typically the quickest path to a remedy.
