When you use the 13L Game app, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: Username, email address, and password when you register an account.
  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android ID or IDFA), and mobile network information.
  • Usage data: Game progress, scores, in-app activity, session duration, and feature interactions, for example, which game modes you play most often and how long each session lasts.
  • Transaction data: Records of in-app purchases, including purchase date, amount in INR, and the payment method category (UPI, card, or wallet). Payments processed via UPI apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM are handled entirely by those providers; we receive only a transaction reference and status confirmation, never your bank credentials or full card details.
  • Log data: IP address, browser or app version, crash reports, and diagnostic information generated automatically when you use our services.
  • Communications: Messages you send us through in-app support, email, or feedback forms, including any attachments you choose to share.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated automatically when you interact with the app, and, where you grant explicit permission, information from your device such as your advertising identifier. You may choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit access to some features.

How we use your information

How we use it

13L Game uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the service: Authenticate your account, save game progress across devices, process in-app purchases, and deliver core gameplay features reliably.
  • To improve our products: Analyse aggregated usage patterns, diagnose crashes, and develop new features. For example, if a large proportion of players in Maharashtra drop off at a specific level, we investigate and adjust that level's difficulty.
  • To personalise your experience: Customise in-game content, daily challenges, and limited-time offers based on your preferences and play history.
  • To communicate with you: Send service-related notices (such as account security alerts), respond to support requests within 7 business days, and, where you have opted in, send promotional updates about new 13L Game content via email or push notification. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time through the app's notification settings.
  • To ensure safety and security: Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, account takeover, and abuse. This includes monitoring for unusual login locations or rapid repeated transactions.
  • To comply with legal obligations: Retain transaction records and respond to lawful requests from regulatory or law-enforcement authorities as required under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its rules.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with carefully selected service providers, such as analytics platforms, cloud-hosting providers based in India or under adequate safeguards, and payment processors, who handle it on our behalf under written data-processing agreements that require them to protect your data to the same standard we do.

Under applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is processed.
  • Right to correction: You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, for example, updating a misspelled name on your account.
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will action verified requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations (for instance, GST-related transaction records that Indian tax law requires us to keep for a specified period).
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, such as receiving marketing push notifications, you may withdraw that consent at any time through Settings → Notifications, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to grievance redressal: You have the right to raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer or escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDPA.

We will verify your identity before processing your request to protect your account security, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
